Classified information

Ready to work with classified information

We have an appointed Classified Information Protection Officer, a Classified Registry and trained employees with access authorizations. We are ready for work at the Restricted (Zastrzeżone) and NATO/EU Restricted levels.

Scope

What work we are ready for

Two levels of readiness: work at the Contracting Authority's premises, and processing classified documents at our own Classified Registry.

01 / 02

Restricted (Zastrzeżone), NATO/EU Restricted

We are ready to undertake work involving access to classified information at the Polish Restricted (Zastrzeżone) level and the NATO/EU Restricted level — at the premises of the Contracting Authority or the Client.

02 / 02

Classified Registry

We have a system for processing classified information at the Restricted (Zastrzeżone) level in paper form, in a Classified Registry (Kancelaria Niejawna). We can process national information classified as Restricted.

Organization

How protection is organized

The roles, clearances and training required by the Polish Classified Information Protection Act — staffed and documented.

Roles in the company

  • Head of the enterprise — appointed within the company; issues employees with authorizations for access to classified information at the Restricted level
  • Classified Information Protection Officer — appointed within the company; responsible for the protection of classified information and for training employees

Clearances and training

  • The Classified Information Protection Officer holds Personnel Security Clearances enabling access to classified information, issued by the Internal Security Agency (ABW)
  • The Officer also holds a certificate confirming completion of training at the Classified Information Protection Department of the ABW
  • We employ qualified staff trained in the protection of classified information by the Officer
  • Employees have received — for the duration of their employment — authorizations for access to classified information at the Restricted level, issued by the Head of the enterprise
  • We maintain an up-to-date register of employees who may carry out work involving access to classified information
Contracts and proceedings

What we can sign today, and what is pending

Today

We are ready to undertake work under agreements and contracts involving access to classified information at the Restricted (Zastrzeżone) and NATO/EU Restricted levels.

Pending

We are applying for three Third-Degree Industrial Security Certificates for the SECRET (Tajne) and NATO/EU SECRET levels — authorizing access to classified information at the Secret level and below. We hope to obtain them in early 2027.

The Industrial Security Certificates are in proceedings — the date of obtaining them is expected, not confirmed. The scope of work is always agreed before a contract is signed. Please get in touch.
